[CLOSED] Business Analyst - Contractor - Outside IR35 - UK/Remote

We seek a Business Analyst to join our contractor team working on a client project developing systems for the mobility sector, with an initial contract term of six months, outside IR35.

Our client projects include the development of mobile applications, driving behaviour products and various AI/ML enrichments and analyses in partnership with Toyota and other mobility and insurance brands.

The successful candidate will be able to work remotely, but it would be ideal to have access to Epsom in Surrey for occasional meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in the insurance industry - ideally car insurance and claims processes
• Experience engaging with third-party organisations and "being the face of the company" within the remit of the role
• An analytical mindset and approach
• Experience working with Agile teams
• Experience developing business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisations strategies
• Experience performing requirements analysis
• Ability to conduct successful and useful meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Ability to document and communicate insights and plans with cross-functional teams
• Ability to gather all feedback from stakeholders
• Ability to perform user acceptance testing
• Ability to monitor deliverables and ensure the timely completion of initiatives
