Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java applications that are scalable, accessible, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with a distributed team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Take ownership of the codebase, ensuring high standards of code integrity and system reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies and frameworks to keep the technology stack modern and efficient.
• Provide support and leadership to junior developers, nurturing team skills and ensuring collective success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Java development trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with Java development in a professional setting.
• Mastery of Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring Boot, Java EE, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in database design and management with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
