[CLOSED] Developer In Test - Contractor - Remote

We seek a Developer in Test to join a fast-paced team in developing a test suite for new global applications by multinational corporations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work alongside a team of developers, product owners and other stakeholders to develop a test suite from scratch to give confidence in the system and quickly detect issues.

Applicants should already have professional experience developing test suites using any programming language and tools to generate reports and foster confidence in a system.

It is anticipated that test suites will be developed against both web-based applications and REST APIs. In addition, there is a possibility to extend this into mobile applications, if possible.

You will be successful in this position if you:

  • Are fluent in English
  • Can collaborate effectively with developers and product owners about systems
  • Can formulate test scenarios
  • Can use existing or develop new test automation frameworks, where necessary
  • Can automate test scenarios using a framework
  • Can integrate design patterns into development
  • Can set up infrastructure to trigger test suites in CI/CD pipelines
  • Can configure tests to run with various test data inputs
  • Can set up dashboards to report test results in real-time

Rates are negotiable based on experience.

For UK applicants, the role is considered outside of IR35.
